Our service won’t stop with installation, after care is on hand should you have any future questions. We can offer you peace of mind in ensuring you are dealing with a reputable, honest and professional team, each with years of customer care experience and products of the highest quality.

How it Works

Find the product and range you are looking for. If the product can be installed as a DIY assembly, then you can simply buy it direct from our website. You pay at check-out and can choose to have it delivered or collect yourself from our yard in Galway City.

However, if the product requires our own in-house fitters, (yes, we fit it, so no third-party installers, if an issue arises we deal with it, this ensures our high standards in quality control are met), then you can contact our sales team for a quote. Simply send us a photo of the area you would like to cover, your Eircode, and a brief description of your desired project including sizing (length and width in meters) here.

If you are happy with the quote and it suits your requirements, the next step is to secure a booking deposit, once this is received one of our team will call to you to take measurements and go through the different options.

Upon choosing a product that you are happy with your order is then processed.

While your product is being manufactured in Germany we will proceed with your foundation works which will speed up the install.

You will then receive your delivery and install date at which stage the remaining balance will be paid in full.

Our experienced installers will then arrange a suitable time to fit the product.
